This stallion is an honored progenitor. He has been on the minds of breeders for many generations. He was the crowd’s favorite at the Oldenburger Approvals 2003 and awarded a 1c premium. Following his sire Sandro Hit’s footsteps, this stunningly beautiful sire has proven his worth ever since.
With a very good walk, his trot has such a rhythm, that it swings through his whole body, plus he has a wonderfully supple and magnificent uphill bouncy canter. His sire Sandro Hit, a legendary sire now deceased, passed on all the charm and quality needed to produce an exceptional stallion.
His origin is ingenious. The breeding family Kanitzky have succeeded in breeding a top stallion for the sport and stud with their fine Donnerhall mare together with Sandro Hit and the coveted blood line of the thoroughbred Grundymann xx.
Sir Donnerhall (Sandro Hit x Donnerhall), the third highest placed young stallion at the 2003 Oldenburg Licensing in Vechta won the 30-day Stallion Performance Test in Schlickau. He achieved the highest overall results of 8.95. For dressage he got a score of 9.26, for show jumping he got an impressive 8.73.
