Description
2021, Oldenburg, 170 cm • Owner: DLZ Lodbergen
Licensing: 2023 licensing in Verden by Hanover
Approved for DSP, Hann., Oldbg., Westf.
I was impressed by this young stallion last year, but import situation, on the whole, was difficult, what with new changes right at the start of season. So, we were patient, but I MUST have him this season!
Elegant, kind, capable with a deep pedigree for performance. Seraphin is an elegant stallion who impressed from his first appearance in his licensing on the triangle track and particularly stood out on the lunge.
Sire – His sire So Unique was awarded premium stallion at the Hanoverian licensing 2017, where he was the most expensive stallion in the following auction. In 2018, he was a premium stallion at the licensing in Danish Warmblood and later on he won the 35-days performance test in Denmark with the total score of 8.72. He was given 9.0 for the trot, canter, rideability and capacity, and no marks were under 8.5. His young offspring have been making their mark in auctions across Europe. With a striking collection of foals on the ground including ‘So One’ who reached an enormous price of €51,000 in the Verden auction holding the title as the most expensive foal of the 2020 auction to date.
Damline – Seraphin’s dam Basta de Jeu produced Horizonte de Jeu (by Voice), who was victorious up to Grand Prix. She is a half-sister to the two internationally successful up to Inter I level Cicero de Jeu (by Tuschinski) and Wench de Jeu (by Jazz), who in turn is the dam of Ché de Jeu (by Voice), who was placed in the international small tour. The Grand Prix horse Bialik (by Wonderboy) comes from the Basta de Jeu half-sister Zulu de Jeu (by Jazz).
Yes, he has an elegant pedigree, full of strong successful sires and strong dam lines.
