Marc Cain has been admired for a few years for his qualities as a sire. He is a beautifully built young dressage stallion! He is a large-framed, well-muscled type and is gifted with excellent basic gaits and inspires with a first-class balance and top rideability. In spring 2016 he completed a first-class 14-day test in Neustadt (Dosse) and, later in the summer, he became gleaming Vice Bundeschampion of three-year old stallions under Hermann Gerdes with spectacular scores: 9.0 for type, 9.0 for trot and 9.0 for canter! The test rider gave him a 9.5 and the dream score 10.0 – therewith he was celebrated as second best three-year-old stallion in Germany. In 2017 he finished an excellent sport test with equally above-average scores. Furthermore, in 2017, we could have a look at his first crop – absolutely super: characterized by the modern type of the grandsire all the foals were awarded a premium and three of them were declared directly as elite foals of the Verband.
His interesting sire, Millennium, premium stallion and successful in championships, has had a sensational effect at German licensing sites: 36 licensed sons, including Morricone, In 2017 Millennium was sire of the Westphalian premium stallion Maracanà, the most expensive stallion of the licensing season.
