Champion stallion of the Westfalen Licensing 2015!
D’Egalité wowed the crowd at the Westphalian Stallion Licensing Fall of 2015. Enthusiastically celebrated by the public, D’Egalité became the undisputed winner of the Westphalian stallion Licensing in Münster-Handorf.
The shiny, expressive, youngster boasts an inimitable elegance. He has excellent gaits, and is a lovely, modern type. Wilken Treu, breeding Director of the Westphalian Verband, praised D’Egalite’s beautiful type, movement and obvious calmness over the entire selection days.
D’Egalité’s pedigree is highly interesting. The Dutch influence of Don Juan de Hus meets the time-tested blood of the stamping stallions Stedinger and Rohdiamant. Figaro in fourth generation brings valuable performance blood of Furioso xx to the game — which is also represented on paternal side.
Father Don Juan de Hus won his 70 day test in Schliekau with the excellent dressage score of 9.25. And the French-owned Stallion won the final of the French Championships in Saumur, with rider Jessica Michel. On the World Championships of young dressage horses, Don Juan de Hus secured sixth place in the final. Don Juan de Hus combines Jazz and the trusted Dutch dressage genetics of Krack C.
His dam’s sire, Stedinger, was the undisputed champion stallion of the Oldenburg Stallion Licensing in 2002 and first reserve winner of the main award in 2004. Even up to the Intermediaire I athletic success, Stedinger sired 39 approved sons, as well as 39 S dressage horses — including International Grand Prix winners such as Spirit of the Age OLD.
D’Egalite’ combines the spectacular movement from Dutch genetics with the strength of character, the strong topline and pleasant temperament of his German heritage.
Licensed Westfalen, Hannover and Oldenburg OL.
