Description
Triomphe de Muze is a son of the great Chin Chin! Triomphe’s sire Chin Chin, competed at two Olympic games, in Barcelona and then in Seoul placing 6th individually. He was also winner of five consecutive North American league World Cup Qualifiers and competed twice at the World Equestrian Games. Chin Chin sired several approved sons including Triomphe De Muze, Zelote VDL and Zapatero VDL.
On his dam side, Triomphe has the world renowned Galoubet, sire of the Olympic champion Baloubet du Rouet, and Grand Sire of world champion Liscalgot. Triomphe’s dam Caprice won the semi-final for the 6 year-old in the Belgian Championships in Gesves in 1996.
Triomphe has the highest index of a stallion stationed in Belgium in January of 2005 with 188 points. He has already produced an approved KWPN son, Triomphe W, whose foals have sold for high prices at prominent auctions across Europe.
The famous Ifrane (grandmother) motherline has produced the international showjumpers Quarto Mail, Lord If de Chalusse (approved stallion), Forgat Mail, Moon Mail, Morgat and D’Ifrane de Chalusse. Whist Triomphe’s mother Caprice d’Ifrane herself produced the international’s: Millenium Blue, Quaprice Forever, Tzigane de Muze, Roetnik de Muze, Triomphe de Muze, Wapiti de Muze and Tottori de Muze. Seven international offspring at 1.40m and above is impressive to say the least. This list goes on but gets better: Mylord Cathargo, Norton d’Eole, Bamako de Muze and Newton de Kreisker. This is one of the best mnotherlines in the world, without argument.
After a successful career in the United States, Triomphe was sold back to Europe as a breeding stallion.
He is an elegant type stallion, which will refine and modernize most mares. With great looks and movement, he adds scope and respect over a fence.
Triomphe won numerous classes at the top level, including the six bar at Bourg-en-Bresse, the Wellington GP, and the Hickstead GP.
Triomphe de Muze produces energetic, elastic, supple and athletic offspring who have consistently proven themselves in sport around the world.
Triomphe already has 41 international offspring in CSO. These include: Arc de Triomphe, Casper de Muze (Guy Williams), Candy Boy, Condor and Chocolate van het Beekhof.
